Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Accessories, batteries, or bundled items must be returned together.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions for shipping.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
